Raw yet gentle, powerful yet fragile – at not even the tender age of 20, Ami Warning’s distinctive, unmistakable voice pervades her songs. Her texts and melodies can’t be easily placed into a category or genre, yet they unite complex soul, Caribbean reggae, acoustic folk and soaring pop. But most of all, Ami’s concerts are alive with her intensity and her presence, which has a pure, authentic quality.
