Opening Concert

Matthias Opitz-Trio

For a good three years now the musicians of the Matthias Opitz Trio have been playing soul jazz with a Hammond Organ sound to it. The jazz and blues standards alongside some of their own compositions are groove-oriented, danceable numbers with recognisable hard bop influences.
